You can keep track of income and expenditure on your property in one simple place – useful information to help with Tax returns and general queries.
It allows you to view your tenancies, deposits and other key dates so you know when to expect renewals or changes of tenancy. You can also follow any maintenance jobs so you can plan for the expenditure, preventing any surprises.
Make sure your property complies with any legislation, by monitoring your gas safety certificates and other responsibilities, and ensuring the deposit has been registered.
