Turay Homes’ standard fees to landlords

We offer tailored property management services to allow landlords to commit only what they deem necessary on their property ownership journey. From tenant sourcing to full property management, our minimal fees ensure you get good value with no hidden costs. We will take away your day-to-day management worries.

Fully Managed Service

• 10% + VAT Commission of the monthly rental, paid each month

Let Only Service

• 50% + VAT Commission of the first 6 months rental

Rent Increase by Section 13 Notice

• £150.00 plus VAT (£180)

• Turay Homes charge £100 plus VAT per hour should the rent increase be challenged and referred to the First tier Tribunal, subject to minimum fee of £200 + VAT (£260)

Additional costs that may apply

• EPC Energy Performance Certificate (Valid for 10 Years): confer Verismart price list.

• Gas Safety Certificate (Required Annually) from £75 + VAT (£90) (Depending on property)

• Electrical Installation Condition Report (Valid for 5 years) from £165 + VAT (£198) (Depending on property)

• Other costs and/or fees relating to the property maintenance, property costs and nonroutine matters may apply, please refer to our ‘Terms and Conditions’ for details
